Returns and Refunds
JJ and Hux does not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, however if an item you receive is faulty or damaged a return will be accepted for a replacement, exchange or refund.
Our policy is valid for 7 days from you receiving your order, after this time we will not be able to accept a faulty item for replacement, exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and in the same condition as you received it. Returns are sent back at customers cost. Refunds are less the postage cost.
We will only accept returns made via Australia Post Tracked postage.

Custom Printing
All custom printing is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once you order is confirmed, no refunds will be given. Please ensure you provide us with all the correct information when placing your order.
Faults and Flaws
Due to the nature of digital printing, faults and flaws can occur from time to time. We do our absolute best to ensure we only ship the best quality fabrics.
If a fault or flaw is discovered before shipping, we will contact you to discuss replacement, exchange or refund.
Any fault or flaw less than an Australian 5 cent piece in size is not considered a fault or flaw.
Any fault or flaw within 5cm of the selvedges is not considered a fault or flaw, including but not limited to smalls holes and printing flaws.
During the manufacturing and packing process it is possible the fabric may get marks on it. No discounts, refunds or exchanges will be given where any marks wash out. Please contact us if you are concerned.
Fabric fading after washing is not considered a fault or flaw as we can not control how you wash, dry or treat your fabric.
